Vendetta Games — Terms of Service

Vendetta Games ("we", "us", "our") operates a group of games, apps and services (each a "Product"), including Vendetta Saloon, Revival, the Wanted marketplace, the BotChain App and Vendetta Games App, PonyExpress, and our individual games and mini-apps.

By accessing or using any Product you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Vendetta Games.

You must be at least 13 years old to use any Product, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may use a Product only with the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

Individual Products set higher age limits and geographic restrictions — see Part B. Where a Product states a higher minimum age, that age governs.

Some Products use an account, some connect a self-custody blockchain wallet, and some use both. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, devices, wallet and recovery phrase secure, and for everything done through them.

We never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and we cannot recover them. Whoever holds your wallet key controls your assets. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, and may restrict access during testing or closed-beta periods.

Some Products display, use or interact with digital assets on public blockchains, including our own tokens and third-party tokens and collectibles (NFTs).

Digital assets held in your own wallet belong to you. We do not hold them in custody unless a Product expressly says so. Their value can fall as well as rise, blockchain transactions are irreversible and outside our control, and network fees are yours to pay.

Owning a token or collectible associated with a Product does not transfer any intellectual property in that Product, and does not entitle you to revenue, profit, dividends or governance rights. Nothing we offer is an investment, and nothing here is financial advice.

In-game currencies, points and items that are not blockchain assets are licensed to you for use inside the Product, have no cash value, and may be adjusted, rebalanced or withdrawn.

Across every Product, do not:

• cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, or use bots, scripts or automation;
• collude, share accounts, or run multiple accounts to gain an advantage;
• manipulate matchmaking, rankings, leaderboards, reviews or campaign metrics;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with our services or infrastructure;
• harass, abuse or threaten other players or our staff;
• use a Product for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

We may remove content, void rewards obtained in breach of these Terms, and suspend or terminate access.

Each Product, including its code, artwork, characters, names, music and audio, is owned by Vendetta Games or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

You may capture and share screenshots and video of your own play, including monetised video, provided you do not present it as official and do not redistribute our assets on their own.

Products may link to or depend on third parties — blockchains and their RPC providers, wallets, bridges, marketplaces, and other projects listed in our directories. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Listing or linking a third-party app is not an endorsement, and your dealings with it are between you and that party.

Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that a Product will be uninterrupted, secure or error free, or that progress, data or assets will never be lost. Products in beta may change or be withdrawn.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, nor for lost profits, lost data, or a fall in the value of any digital asset. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access to a Product, and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. We may update these Terms; where changes are material we will give notice in the Product or on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use a Product after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Vendetta Games Privacy Policy, which covers our sites and apps and their associated subdomains.

This section applies only to Vendetta Saloon. The Saloon is a real-money gambling platform. Gambling involves risk and can be addictive. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

Age. You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you are, whichever is higher.

Restricted jurisdictions. The Saloon is not offered to residents of, or people located in, jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or requires a licence we do not hold — including the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom, Australia, France and the Netherlands. You must not use a VPN or any other means to circumvent these restrictions; doing so breaches these Terms and may void winnings.

Verification. We may require identity and source-of-funds verification before permitting a withdrawal, and may screen wallets and transactions to meet sanctions and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Responsible gambling. Where we offer limits, cool-off or self-exclusion tools, we will honour them. If gambling is causing you harm, stop and seek support from a service such as BeGambleAware or GamCare.

Bonuses. Promotional credits carry their own conditions, including wagering requirements and expiry, stated where the bonus is offered. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until those conditions are met.

Game outcomes. Where a game is described as provably fair, the method for verifying an outcome is published, and a verified result is final.

Revival is a collectible card game. Our other titles span arcade, card, board and sports games on the web and in Telegram. These are games of skill and entertainment, and are not the gambling platform described in §B1.

Seasons, tournaments and competitions. We run seasons, leaderboards, tournaments and competitions. Some may charge an entry fee and award prizes, including digital assets. Where they do:

• the entry fee, the prize, eligibility, and the rules for determining winners are published before you enter, and those rules govern that event;
• results are determined by play and by those published rules, and our decision on how they apply is final;
• entry is void where prohibited by law, and we may exclude entrants by jurisdiction or age to comply with local rules on paid competitions;
• a competition may be cancelled and entry fees refunded if it cannot be run fairly.

Two kinds of balance, and the difference matters. Currencies earned in play are game-owned, have no cash value, and are not redeemable. Separately, a game may display the balance of a real token held in your own wallet: that token is a real asset under §A4, we do not hold it, and showing a balance is not a promise that it can be spent in the game.

Cards and collectibles. Where a card or item is represented by an NFT, §A4 applies — ownership is recorded on-chain and is yours to transfer, and it conveys no intellectual property or revenue right.

Beta. Games in beta may be reset, rebalanced or withdrawn, and progress may not be preserved.

Wanted is a non-custodial, peer-to-peer marketplace. Trades execute through smart contracts between buyer and seller; we do not take custody of the assets or hold the proceeds, and we are not a party to the trade.

We do not verify the authenticity, legality or value of third-party collections, and a listing is not an endorsement. Any marketplace or creator fee is disclosed at the point of sale. On-chain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by us.

These apps provide a wallet, a directory of apps, and a quest and campaign platform. The directory includes third-party apps; §A7 applies to all of them.

If you publish a campaign, you are responsible for its accuracy, its rules, its legality where your participants are, and for holding any rights in the content you supply. Rewards you fund are escrowed on-chain and paid out by contract according to that campaign's terms; we do not hold them. Points we award are ours, have no cash value, and may be adjusted or voided where they were obtained in breach of §A5.

If you complete a quest, completion is verified automatically against our records or the chain. We may withhold a reward where verification fails, or where the task was completed in breach of these Terms.

PonyExpress is an interface to third-party bridging and swap infrastructure. We do not custody funds in transit, do not control the routes or rates quoted, and cannot reverse a transaction. Cross-chain transfers carry risk, including failed or delayed delivery by the underlying providers. Any integrator fee is disclosed in the interface.
